2. Comprehensive Consult + Hypnosis Session or

Your first full appointment is a 90-minute session (in-person in Wynnum or online via Zoom) and includes:

A thorough conversation about your history, symptoms and goals

A clear, simple explanation of what’s happening in your nervous system

A personalised hypnosis session tailored to what you need most right now
You’ll leave with a better understanding of what’s going on – and your body will already have begun to experience something different.

3. Ongoing Sessions or Packages

After your first session, we decide together what level of support feels right:

3-Session Focus Package – for a specific issue (e.g. anxiety spike, sleep, pain, a habit)

6-Session Deep Support Package – for deeper patterns, trauma, or multiple areas of life
